Why keep locations separate?
Because follow-up is local. Each location keeps its own connect-card data and fires its own Planning Center workflows — so a card scanned at one campus routes to that campus's staff, not a central inbox.
Our pilot church runs five locations, and each one kicks off different workflows in Planning Center — different next steps, different teams, different people saying hello. That separation is the whole point.
Large or high-volume church?
North of 2,500 active members at a location, or hundreds of cards every Sunday? Standard plans aren't sized for that — we'll tailor a flat plan that is. Still month to month, still everything included.

What counts as a location?

Is there a per-card fee?
No — a packed Easter Sunday costs exactly what a quiet one does. Standard plans are sized for congregations up to about 2,500 active members per location; past that, we tailor a flat plan to your volume instead.
How does the 30-day free trial work?
It's the full product — connect Planning Center, scan your real Sunday stack, watch it land in Planning Center. No credit card to start, so there's nothing to forget to cancel.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing sneaky. There's no card on file, so nothing gets charged. Pick a plan to keep going — and either way, every record Steeple already synced stays in your Planning Center.
How does billing work?
Month to month by default, starting after your trial — or pay yearly and save 20%. No setup fee either way. Add or remove locations any time and the next invoice adjusts.
